Chit Shun Machinery was founded in Hong Kong in 1995, factory located in Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City ,Guangdong Province, with a total area of 30,000 square meters. For over a decade, the company has been focused on the research and development, and manufacturing of high performance die casting and injection molding machines, has become famous die casting and injection molding equipment design, manufacture and service supplier in China.
The company’s main products include zinc, aluminum & magnesium die casting machines, also injection molding & automatic polishing machine, as well as machine peripherals. With the delivery of 3500 Tun and 4000 Tun large die-casting machines, the research and development of fast in the field of medium and large press pin machines has made significant achievements again over the years, reaching the world's advanced level. While continuously learning from foreign advanced technology and experience, Jiexun widely listens to users' opinions and suggestions, and constantly develops, improves and develops. The original "active check pressurization system" has short pressure building time, small pressure impact and high repeatability, which is most suitable for producing high density ballast. The uniquely designed "rear machine plate roller sliding support structure" greatly reduces the friction between the machine plate and the guide rail. Only a small amount of pressure is required to achieve mold adjustment, which can save energy and reduce the occurrence of corresponding faults.
The application of servo power system on die-casting machine was once a difficult problem in the industry, which was first tackled and successfully promoted by the R&D team of Jiexun. The servo power system designed by Jiexun operates intelligently and dynamically, and has fast response speed. Combined with the "Fast Differential Regenerative Mold Locking Oil System", which was originally used in the hydraulic system by Jiexun, the mold opening and locking action is fast and stable, greatly improving the production efficiency. Under the condition that the maximum pressure throttling is eliminated, the system oil temperature decreases, and the overall stability and service life are further improved. Compared with similar products, the advanced oil circuit design, tight ring machine calibration structure and perfect control software not only make the medium and large die-casting machines run more smoothly, but also greatly improve the speed, which can greatly increase the production speed and save production costs for customers.
